THE APP — RUN IT

Put the Maximus System in Your Pocket.

The Get Massive Muscles Training App is the execution layer: programs, workout logging, training loads, progression, recovery, and diagnostic tools in one place.

It is built to answer the question that matters once the workout starts: what am I doing today, what happened last time, and what earns the next progression?

A TRAINING LOG IS NOT ENOUGH

The point is not to collect data. The point is to know what the data means.

The app is designed around the same feedback loop as the book and workbook. Your strength baselines establish useful loads. Your program gives the work structure. Your session produces performance data. Recovery, volume, plateau, specialization, and nutrition tools help you interpret what happens next.

That keeps the software attached to bodybuilding decisions instead of turning it into a pile of numbers.

WHAT IS IN THE V1 APP

Built around the decisions a natural lifter makes repeatedly.

The public page sells only capabilities in the current GMM V1 feature set. It does not promise deferred cloud-storage or future features.

01

SET UP THE TRAINING

Programs + 1RM & Training Loads

Choose the program structure, enter deliberate strength baselines, calculate estimated 1RM, and see recommended light, moderate, and heavy training loads.

02

RUN THE SESSION

Workout Logging + Rest Timer

Record exercises, sets, reps, and load while keeping 1-, 3-, 5-minute or custom rest intervals available during the workout.

03

KEEP THE BASELINE VISIBLE

Current PRs + Strength Rating

Current PRs are driven by the strength values the user intentionally enters in the 1 Rep Max & Training Loads setup, while the strength comparison tool gives a separate reference point.

04

CONTROL THE DOSE

Recovery + Volume Distribution

Use recovery and workload tools to judge whether the current training dose is productive, badly distributed, or asking more than you can recover from.

05

WHEN PROGRESS STALLS

Plateau + Specialization Tools

Diagnose likely causes of stalled progress and plan focused work for a lagging muscle without automatically blowing up the entire program.

06

SUPPORT THE WORK

Protein + Nutrition Audit

Check whether the eating side is supporting the training goal so a food problem does not get misdiagnosed as a program problem.

ONE WORKOUT, END TO END

How the app fits into a normal training day.

  1. 01

    Open the program

See the session you are actually running instead of improvising from memory.

  2. 02

    Check the target

Use prior work and training-load guidance to know what a productive performance looks like.

  3. 03

    Train + rest

Execute the work and use the built-in timer when consistent rest periods matter.

  4. 04

    Log the work

Capture the load and reps needed to compare this exposure with the next one.

  5. 05

    Review the trend

Separate a real progression signal from one noisy workout.

  6. 06

    Adjust only if earned

Progress, hold, troubleshoot, or specialize based on evidence instead of boredom.

WHAT THE APP IS NOT

It does not replace the method.

The software can make the process faster and clearer, but it cannot make a bad exercise selection good or turn sloppy reps into useful evidence. That is why the app is packaged with the book and workbook.

  • Book: understand the training logic.
  • App: execute and measure it in real training.
  • Workbook: structure, review, and diagnose the decisions.

THE APP — RUN IT

Carry the system into every training session.

The app is included as the execution layer of the Complete Get Massive Muscles System.
